4. Pre-owned phone condition
Grade A
Light signs of wear. The body may have light micro-scratches, invisible at about an arm’s length or more. For items with screens, the screen will have no scratches.
Grade B
Signs of wear. The body may have a few visible scratches and dents that don’t affect performance. Devices with screens may have light scratches that are slightly visible when the device is on.

1. When should I expect my order to arrive?
Standard delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. Next Day delivery may vary by location on orders placed before 11:59 AM.
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
- For orders placed after 1 PM, the delivery time will be calculated from 8 AM the following morning.
