1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using www.tech4less.tt, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.
2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Tech4Less sells mobile phones, accessories, and electronics, including brand-new and open-box items. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to stock levels.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS
- All prices listed are in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment via our accepted methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or in-store cash payment).
- Tech4Less reserves the right to cancel any order due to error in pricing, stock, or payment issues.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Delivery services are offered throughout Trinidad & Tobago.
- Standard delivery times range from 1–3 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, or incorrect information are not the responsibility of Tech4Less.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for eligible items in original, unused condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Open-box or discounted items are final sale, unless defective with manufacture’s defects.
- Tech4Less has a 20-25% restocking fee.
6. REPAIRS & WARRANTY
- Devices sold by Tech4Less may include a limited in-house warranty (where applicable), which will be stated on the receipt or invoice.
- Warranty does not cover water damage, physical damage, or third-party tampering.
- Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repairs.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and other Apple trademarks are the property of Apple Inc. Samsung and the Samsung logo are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Tech4Less is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Samsung Electronics.
All other content on www.tech4less.tt, including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding, is the intellectual property of Tech4Less and may not be used without permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech4Less, its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from:
- The use or inability to use our website or services
- Any product purchased through www.tech4less.tt
- Delays in delivery or service
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on the website
- Device malfunctions after repair or sale, especially due to physical or water damage
All products, including open-box and discounted items, are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated. You agree that your use of our website and products is at your sole risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
9. PRIVACY

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
Tech4Less shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God (e.g., hurricanes, floods, earthquakes)
- Fires, explosions, or power outages
- National emergencies, wars, or civil disturbances
- Government regulations, sanctions, or lockdowns
- Strikes, labour disputes, or supply chain disruptions
- Failures of internet service providers, hosting, or telecommunications
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as possible but shall not be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
